Exchange Policy

  •  Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  •  All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  •  If the requested size is unavailable, customers may select another available size or article by paying any applicable price difference.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.
  • Exchange Will NOT Be Accepted If:
  • The product has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was purchased on clearance or under a non-exchangeable promotion.
  • The damage was caused by improper use, washing, or handling.
  •  The customer wants an exchange due to minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting.
  • The customer has already used or worn the product.
  • By placing an order with Essence Studio, the customer agrees to this Exchange Policy.
