- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Essence Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details.
- If a parcel is refused or remains unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options are available where applicable.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
